Is there any foreplay before a hood job?
The cops here patrol. They even have times when they walk a beat.
They cant be everywhere. Add to that a urban population that adopted a “Snitches get Stitches” policy and a love of the thug life and they have a hard job finding out anything.
There are lazy cops. But law enforcement is everybodys job. Without support from law abiding citizens,the police cant really do their job.
The really sad thing here is that the guy did it with the “leave the area now” recording going off. He knew he was untouchable.
