Not quite sure what your point is regarding the comparative ease of opt out procedures on vaccines in Alaska vs. Texas. That policy in Alaska was not set by Gov. Palin so it fails as some sort of comparison to Perry.

A more valid comparison point is what Governor Palin believed about mandating vaccines.

The point is both states mandated vaccines. Perry changed state policy to allow parents to opt-out much easier. I have found no evidence that Palin did the same to Alaska’s policy.
