I am haunted by the book I just read which is the autobiography of Robert Goolrick..THE END OF THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT: SCENES FROM A LIFE. The tragedy of his life as a direct result of child sexual abuse is very sad and I do not know how long it will take me to get over it..Child abuse of any kind has eternal consequences but child sexual abuse falls into the category of the most vile action of which a human is capable. We have been conditioned to think it is good to take young children away from their mothers in formative years....it is evil. There is no sacrifice in male/male sex—it is lust and idolatry...and they don’t have to understand or deal with people who are different by nature—which takes more effort, understanding, etc.
