Tyrannical law should be resisted on general principle.

Sounds to me like Humblegunner would have taken the side of the British in 1776 and Sargon might have liked the idea of a free United States.

Based on your posts, show me why I'm wrong.

My guess is Humblegunner didn't mean what he said or didn't think through the consequences.

A ban on women driving might or might not be worth fighting against, but some laws are wrong and must be fought.

That's kind of an important foundational principle justifying the existence of the United States of America, and I kind of think there might be some statements to that effect in the Declaration of Independence.
