I’m told great colour photoes of that quality can’t just be snapped on the fly, but some prep work is necessary.

A decent digital SLR can do automatic white balance on the fly. Photoshop on the RAW image does the rest.

Besides, these photos are not GREAT, just mediocre snapshots.
Targets seem to be lit so brightly as to be able to peer into another dimension, but the fact she’s in motion and yet the shot is a perfect still means it’s the crAP photog using an D$LR...
