this commie is so stupid he has never heard of the Alternative Minimum Tax (AMT) which was created by congress to tax just a handful of the ultra rich who used the tax policies created by congress, to lawfully pay no income tax. Congress, of course, mismanaged that law on purpose, and it no ensnares deep into the middle class.
