Well, this is just about the best public school teacher I've seen all day.

Kids these days. No discipline. A boy needs a father figure of some kind. Especially when it's time to put him back in his place.

I didn't even need to watch the video to know that Holder's People would be involved. Good for the teacher, but this is also an example of the stupidity they have to deal with every day. How do you teach idiots like these two?

When I was in High School, I witnessed my Vice Principal break up a fight between two students. He was 5,1,about 50 and white and the two kids were over six foot and black.
He got in between them, pushed one against the wall and jammed the other one into a door way until help arrived.
He then grabbed them both and dragged them to the office. \
Of course that was back in the late 70s...

I've stopped more than a few fights right at the 'first-punch' phase. I remember one between a west-Indian guy and a Spanish dude on a subway platform in Queens during the morning rush. They were gonna swing over a too-crowded train. They were past the woofin stage and the dukes were up but these were thirty-year old guys, not kids (I was about 42). It didn't take much to get between them and tell them to knock it off (like I meant it). Neither one was going to back down but neither one really wanted to roll around either. Stepping in with a voice of authority gave them a clean way out and I'm glad they took it.

As a side note, a young Black girl (maybe twenty) was witness. I guess she liked what she saw because she smiled a smile and said (and I quote) "You did that good, mister".....she shadowed me all the way to Manhattan. I felt like Simon Templar.

TODAY, that VP would be FIRED for touching the students, and not waiting for Law Enforcement to break up the fight.
Then he would be exposed to LAw Suits filed by the parents, that he himself would have to pay to defend.

Classrooms like this do not need female ed-school-grad teachers. They need military sergeants with experience in controlling rowdy young men.
