I don’t really pay any attention to any other teams till this time of year.
Rays are currently up 6-0 over the Rangers in the top of the 5th.
Tonight will be a Verlander, Sabathia matchup in NY.

Don’t feel bad, the Tigers swept the final two series with both Cleveland and Chicago. They outscored Chicago something like 38 to 6 in the first series.

Would love to see the Brewers stomp the snot out of the Yankees in the World Serious with Fielder hitting the longest home run ever in history off A.J. Burnett.

My Giants won it all in grand style last year and might have made it two in a row if they had fewer injuries (and more hits) this year.
Alas, I'll have to root for Detroit now.

Tigers didn’t have a lot of injuries this year which helps a whole lot.

Doug Fister took off since coming to Detroit. I don’t know why that happens but something just clicks.
Last year, Cleveland was happy to see Peralta go and this season they hate to face him.

Sounds like there’s some chatter about Tommy Lasorda going to either Boston or Chicago.

I’m sorry. Make that Tony Larussa as a possible replacement in Boston.
