I personally know the guy who was CEO of Websense for a number of years... great guy. When he was a kid his dad sent him to Texas to work on an oil rig to try and knock some sense and discipline into him... it worked.

Now he's retired... spends all his time traveling (in style).

Working on an oil rig is some tough stuff. When hubby and I first moved to California he got a job driving a vacuum truck servicing drilling rigs in Kern County. I’ve seen rigs and guys that work on ‘em up close and personal.
