COVINGTON, Ky. -- Three people have been arrested and charged with killing and dismembering a Covington man found four days after he disappeared.
Covington Police Lt. Spike Jones told The Kentucky Enquirer that officers arrested Tiffany Herrera, Austin Eash and a juvenile on Friday.
All three are charged with murder, abuse of corpse, tampering with evidence and theft.
A man doing work at an apartment found the body of 56-year-old Donnell Brown and called police Thursday afternoon.
Brown's wife, Sharon Brown, said her husband's head and legs had been severed.
Sharon Brown said her estranged husband moved from Burlington to Covington in August and was staying with his son and the son's wife.

Lt. Col. Jones,even though stuck with a nickname lasting from his younger days, is a consummate police officer and a proven leader. Don’t misjudge him based on the monicker.

Obstensibly to fight the incestuos nature of a police force Covington went to Baltimore to hire the present Chief.
In hindsight it shoulda been Jones.
I just hope they get the noose soon.
