Before 1932 and FDR's rise to power, the GOP would garner 65%-70% of the black vote. Since 1932 the Dems have been successful in securing a lock on the black vote. They've done this by promising black folks a bigger role in bigger govt. Government has replaced the plantation. This the same big govt socialist mindset that not only affects blacks, but also plays a big role in the thinking of most Jews, Hispanics, homos and union members. All them minority groups.

The Dems have also been successful in turning the tables and convincing many people to think of the GOP in 2011, as the Democratic Party of 1865. A masterful handling of a pure propaganda issue and a total blatant lie.
