I honestly do not even know how I would handle such a thing. For starters, I’d most definitely go vigilante. No question. I’d consider the cops the competition.
That’s why in this specific type of case.... it would be difficult for the non-guilty parents to not talk to the police. Now, if a cop asks you something about a break in or another type of murder.. I can see saying nothing and going to a good attorney. However, if it is your own child’s life in danger... that is when it gets very tricky.
