"Since he hasnt actually held public office he can be quite the idealist and promise all we want to hear. "Cain spouts Conservative principles. That wins every argument.
Give him Conservatives in the House, Senate and most state legislatures and he surely can produce on his platform.
We know for sure that he will clean out the executive branch.

No question about it; I’d go for Newt over Romney.

Cain as President and Gingrich as Vice President would be just peachy!

IF this were to come down to Newt vs. Romney.... who would you choose? No contest - Newt.
Romney might not be as bad as Obama, or even McCain, but he would minimize the possibilities for taking the Nation back. I believe Cain and Newt would make real in-roads, and while many will crap their pants from elevated blood pressure - even Perry would be perfectly acceptable.

Seriously, how otherworldly stupid would you have to be to think Newt could cobble together seven votes, or even get the support of his own relatives, who no doubt are embarrassed of the connection?
He's one of the most unlikable, full of himself (for reasons only he can know), people to ever exist. An ass of astronomical proportions - who's presence in the race is the product of deep delusion of adequacy and mental illness.
