this is what our nation has come DOWN TO : a FLOTUS wearing $500 deisgner sneakers made out to be “ghetto cool” . For SHame in not dressing appropriately-it’s just “anything goes” with her & that husband of hers including it’s administration.

i believe even if you are tall *(of which i am not- i’m 5’5”) and have figure flaws (as most of us do)there is a way of dressing appropriately for the position you hold in public life. All of the mooches outfits have been disasters-sometimes it seems she doesn’t even know what she going to do when she dresses for the day or the hour. What makes a woman beautiful is her heart because her heart molds her expression;manifested on one’s face.

I am sorry you are getting this “negative feed” re Jackie Kennedy. She was my 1st lady from ages 13 - 4-ever. She was a wonderful role model for women my age; she encouraged us to watch ballet, take in theater & classical concerts. I loved American Bandstand & Dick Clark, but we watched Leonard Bernstein ea. Sun. as well. On the eve of feminism, she reminded us of the importance of parenthood. (her most famous remark, was undoubtably her comment on "bungling up parenthood", she warned us that,no matter what great careers we might have, nothing mattered if our children were neglected and screwed-up as a result of that neglect. There are Conservatives here who dont like these things, and that is their prerogative. You do not have to be an ignoramous to be a Conservative. This web site supports lots of wonderful programs and opportunities for involvement, but we are not all alike and we should never aim for that. Conformity is for Big Brother & Shelly.
Be assured Jackie had no relation to Mrs. O bama on ANY LEVEL. She was not a saint, her life was complex at times. I look at Mrs. Obama’s way of being 1st Lady & am very grossed out. Her lavish trip to Spain on taxpayer’s dime, her intervention into family/medical privacy, her inability to use WH kitchen staff w/out hiring add’tl expensive chefs, on taxpayer dimes! Let's honor Jackie & evict Michelle!
