No, she didn't. She said all along that she was considering a run, and that she would make her decision known, before it got too late in the campaign. Back in August, she said she'd announce yay or nay, in Sept. or Oct., but sometime in the Fall. That's exactly what she did.
Amazing, isn’t it. They ‘supposedly’ supporter her but don’t know anything she said. Sounds more like they enjoy their liberal whine.
