So silly that her case pending at the Ninth Circuit in California is still pending. This decision today will be appealed all the way out to the Ninth Circuit and then be joined with her existing case.

Actually, what is silly is thinking this case will ever see the 9th circuit. I don't know where you get your information, but this case is filed in Hawaii state court, not Federal court. Any appeal will be to the Hawaii Court of Appeals and then that decision can be appealed by either party to the Hawaii Supreme Court. That process normally takes 2-3 years. After that it can be appealed to SCOTUS. The 9th circuit never will see this case.
