I posted this same question back in June
And got 218 responses. Just wondering since he seems to be as certain the grimreaper and taxes (minus Herman in the polls) according to the GOP. Could you see that sticker on your car or sign in the yard?
What if he added Bachmann etc. as Veep?
NOT a FREAKIN’ CHANCE!
If he’s the last man standing (and it won’t be because he got my vote in the primary) he’ll get my “anybody but obama” vote. I will not, however, put up a mitt yard sign or bumper sticker.
Yes...in my nightmares!
Not if he paid me. Adding Bachmann wouldn’t help.
You read my mind!
Bachmann would not change my mind.
(A La McLame and Palin)
Go away, Mitt!
". . .All of the nation-wide traveling and speaking that Christie did this summer, all of the "maybe I will, maybe I won't" game was all about Christie negotiating with the RNC. Christie endorsed Romney earlier this week, and even DEFENDED RomneyCare. Okay. That's all I needed to see. Here's the deal. Christie has brokered a deal with the RNC to be Romney's running mate. All of his posturing this summer was about auditioning and manuevering to be Romney's VP. He has obviously come to an agreement with the RNC, and thus has agreed not to run for POTUS in exchange for the VP slot. Romney-Christie would be a continuation of the same old for-profit political class crap. ObamaCare would be ENSHRINED under Romney-Christie. These guys are just a couple of say-anything money-grubbing whores like all the rest of them. . ."link
I would be forced third party.
No way I could support Romney.
“Could you see a Romney ‘12 sign in your yard or sticker on your car?”
Yes. It would have Romney’s picture with the statement:
“Would you buy a used car from this guy?”
Not in eleventy bazillion years.
Does the phrase “Playing Ice Hockey with Satan?” ring any bells?
Yes. If I was dead for a minimum of 3 weeks.
A sign? No way I could have any enthusiasm for Mitt, period. He is NOT, NOT, NOOOOT! a conservative, as he shows by such statements as he can work with Dems, trying to make Romneycare a good thing, his stance on abortion, you name it. A waffler.
And, now, today, it seems some female is talking against him--true it is WND, but I suspect it is just the proverbial tip of the iceberg.
Would I vote for him? Given the alternative, I would have to. My poor nose has dents where I have pinched it in order to cast a vote. Surely we can do better.
To be honest I am an “Anybody But Obama” person and will vote for whoever the Republican ticket is regardless. But No a Romney yard sign will never cast its shaddow on my front yard. And any bumper sticker would be an anti-Obama sticker not a Romney sticker. The anti-Obama stickers are more fun anyway.
I have had numerous lawn signs stolen or vandalized. I now routinely apply axial grease to the back of such signs. They still steal them, but I hope they get their hands dirty as a result.
I will gladly put a “Run Mitt Run” bumper sticker on my front bumper.
Shirley you jest.
NO ROMNEY NO WAY!`
I could see one in my yard. I’ve got a brush pile that’s needing burned it might add a little color to.
Hmmm...how should I put this?.....
Aw, HELL NAW!!
And that comes no where even close to the utter disdain and loathing I’d have for that choice as the GOP candidate.
NOT IN THIS LIFETIME.
No, I may hold my nose and vote for him in a 2 way race with Zero, but I won’t be getting any yard signs or bumper stickers.
I would have to switch parties first.
No way. I won’t send him any money either.
I will hold my nose and vote for him, should it come down to that. A. B. O.
I will never vote for a RINO again, The answer is NO!
no, but I can see one in my garbage can
MEVER—not for either one.
Bachmann needs more seasoning- she is a wine not yet ready to srve, IMO.
Romney is too packaged & too slick by half. I cannot vote for him because of Romneycare.
If someone tries to put a sign in my yard, it will become a shotgun target.
I can’t wait until obama gets a second term and these “more conservative than thou” fools get a big boot up their rear ends because of their pigged headed nonsense.
Anyone staying home in 2012, regardless of who the nominee is, whether its bernie maddoff, vandersloot, romney, etc, HAVE NO RIGHT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING OBAMA DOES IN HIS 2ND TERM if they stay home.
As for the Yard sign - no.
A B O !!!!!!!
No Romney signs. No Romney stickers. No Romney money. No Romney votes. Non-negotiable. Period.
Not a "Romney '12" vote on my ballot, either.
If the Republican Party wants my vote in 2012, it must earn my vote. Nominating Romney (regardless of VP) won't do it.
And to top it off - I’m really struggling with if I can even cast a vote for him in the general election. And please - folks, spare me the “anyone other than Obama” rhetoric. The results of that mentality gave us McQueeg the RINO as a limp-wristed candidate in 2008. Such compromise gave us Obamanomics (because it all started way before the 2008 election when the Repubs kept bending over for the minority Dems, then the voters got sick of their shenanigans and gave CONgress over to the Dems to further screw this nation up...
Voting for Romney is a vote to continue Republican capitulation to the radical Left.
In this case - a vote for Romney is a vote for Obama-lite.
No. If he’s the nominee I’ll hold my nose and vote for him but that’s it. No donations, no phone bank work, no lit drops with the kids, no yard signs or bumper stickers.
A Romney sticker would be just as embarrassing. We'd look like fools.
Not on my car. Not in my yard. I don't care who the supposed VP is.
Never. NFW. Romney’s another ruling class statist.
