Well, that’s okay, but the information is a bit dated. Do you think you could update for 2010 and 2011?
Sorry, just trying to keep all comments relevant.

As an aside, Our Old Town traveler canoe developed a large crack in the Royalex hull ...it lasted for years and years w/ heavy usage w/ 3M duct tape sealing the crack w/out any leaks. ;)

Unless he uses Hoppes #9 as a cologne, and buys WD-40 by the case ... he’s all but useless. :D

Duct tape is like The Force. It has a light side and a dark side, and it holds the universe together.
The only 2 tools you need are WD-40 and duct tape. If it moves and it shouldn't, use duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40.

Used to have a carpet cleaning business. When the vacuum hoses leaked, we’d put a wrap of duct tape to seal it.
We used to have a (slightly) sarcastic company saying that when a hose was more the 50% duct tape it was time to buy a new one.

Most excellent...and you’re right about it being an super substitute for mole skin ...a must in any backpack.

Sorry. Didn't even look at the date. Just looked for the cover and Octobers model. Here is more current info.
A black chick with an Irish accent would be fun to bump into at a bar for sure. They also have a very good looking inflight magazine. Far superior than what I get stuck looking at here in the states.

High speed tape is a perfectly acceptable repair. It’s aluminum, not fabric like duct tape and costs a lot more.

Its aluminum, not fabric like duct tape and costs a lot more. Not to mention that on the 'cheap' speed tape, the acrylic adhesive on speed tape is good from -40F to +325F. On the hi-temp stuff, the silicone adhesive is good from -65F to +600F

I use the stuff for hot spots on my feet and ankle when I hike or snowboard. Better than mole skin as it creates a slippery surface for your socks and boots to mover over. What a great idea! Thanks!
