At the end of this video is when the tear gas was fired and I believe that is the young Marine lying on the ground. What I don't see is any tear gas or canisters fired in that area until after a crowd gathers. I've looked at it almost frame by frame and I see no activity in that area other than protestors.

I’m sure the thousands of cameras that were there will likely show us what really happened. It isnt like this was a surveillance-free zone.
The moral of the story is don’t hang out with marxist rioters.
If you go downrange when the range is hot,

My problem is I see no evidence that part of the range was hot. When the camera pans over to him there was no teargas deployed in that area.
You missed my point.If the cops are clearing out a riot,

He was with an anti-war protest movement that had joined up with Occupy Oakland and was trying to “retake” a park the Polic had already cleared. What he was doing was illegal. My respect for his service compels me to wish him the best, a good recovery and thank him for that service...but that good will will not go very far if he continues to work with anti-American, progressive/marxist protestors who want to destroy America as constitutionally founded.

Here’s what I noticed about the video.
An American was injured and leftists picked up his body just like the Muzzies in the Arab Spring, wailing over his injury. In America when someone gets injured, we don’t have 10 idiots pick him up and parade him down the street for the cameras. We try not to move him and get EMT’s in there to take him to the hospital.
I saw radicals performing Muzziedrama using a real American who was injured for propaganda. He was harmed in the chaos the Muzziewannabes purposefuly created.
None of this makes sense. Oakland is a Communist, sanctuary city. They would be the last city you would expect to crack down hard. Did they do it on purpose to give OWS their Donny Douche “Kent State Moment”?

Yes, this guy is apparently a former Marine and he was hit by something thrown by someone. Perhaps surprisingly, it is possible to be a former Marine and be misguided. Why would someone hang-out with anti-American losers...unless?
I'm a former U.S. Marine but I haven't felt the urge to tear any national fabric to shreds.
