We used “Sing, Spell...” when homeschooling.
I made some extra money by using it for pre-school kids who eventually went to public school...
since they knew how to read BEFORE starting...they ended up doing gifted track and doing just fine.
Parents who feel compelled to use the public schools should at least make sure their kids can read before sending them.
(Fat chance they will learn from school.)
