Not only did Clinton get one free group, he apparently also got more than one free rape.
That’s it! Every woman with access to a TV camera, radio microphone, Youtube, or who can call into a radio talk show should claim that Herman Cain made her feel “uncomfortable”. Hey, “uncomfortable” might be good or bad, if you get my drift....and the reason these laws are so horrible is that they are so vague and leave it to the complainer to determine what constitutes an “offense”.
It’s an old debate tactic:

Donate like crazy to Cain! I just donated again! We need to keep it up as long as they keep trying to knock him down!
Until he has left a woman to die. When he has lied to a Federal Judge under oath! And on. and on and forever on!

I agree that the laws are too flimsy, but that doesn’t mean all sexual harassment is inconsequential or that the women who filed claims against Cain didn’t have good cases. We don’t really know at this point. But two settlements like that does at least raise suspicions, even though companies sometimes make settlements over nothing.
