Twice for me. Once as a child in the Early Fifties. We lived two blocks from a Nike site. And once as a young adult in ‘74.

Several years ago I spoke with a lady who had a similar experience. I had her describe what she saw and recognized the description. I showed her the Aviation Week sketch of the Blackstar space plane. She, not an Aviation Week reader, said it matched what she had seen.

Instead of being thrilled to have apparently seen one America's most interesting secrets, she was just annoyed it wasn't an alien. True story.

Various unknowns are buzzing around. Doesn't necessarily make them alien.
