A few items:
1. That “great man”, the Mufti of Jerusalem is visiting Berlin. Wonder what a purveyor of the “religion of peace” wants to do with the Nazis.
2. $2.59 seems really high for a gallon of Prestone antifreeze. Inflation calculator says that would be $39.98 today.
3. The Bismarck, mentioned in passing in the Tirpitz story, is already old news in this still early stage of the war.
Wonder if TIRPITZ was kept in the Baltic for BARBAROSSA. She wasn’t far behind BISMARCK in launching and commissioning, and should have worked up for sea duty before now
