Well, after listening to the discussion, I realize that only one person on the panel even understands where baby penguins come from. The other guy just thinks the solution is to let the *gay* penguins adopt baby penguins (like *healthy gay couples do*) and that will solve the problem of a lack of penguins. Yes, he’s an idiot. I’m sorry, but it had to be said.

When I was growing up in Westchester County (NY) there was a restaurant (pretty good, actually) called Le Gai Pinguin.

Precisely. The zoo acted responsibly by separating the critters. Now that they are back together the submissive one will be killed by its dominant partner. This is an even better analogy to homosexual relations. Wait for it....
Exactly! But from what I read, these penguins aren’t even exhibiting this. They are just liking to be together because they were raised in an area with nothing but males. One had a mate that died but the other one had none. To me it’s like male (or female) best friends from childhood. Love being together but no sex.
Well did just kind of describe Joy' sex life...
