I read the first Ringworld which is very good, then went on a John Ringo reading spree starting with the Looking Glass Series, then The Last Centurian, and stopped for now with the first book in the Troy Rising series. I have the second book, just haven’t started it yet.

I would say the first Troy Rising book is my favorite so far.

Watched "Primeval" tonight. Pretty good episode, laid a good foundation for what was to come and had a decent plot. When it started, I was upset for missing the repeats because I wasn't sure I remembered what the new guy's storyline was, but they delivered on that one.

I'm also glad that they came right out and told you that the new girl working with Connor is spying on him since he already had a secret spy back in season two. (But he does he the type to fall for that stuff, but he better not screw things up with Abby.)

The mention of Danny has me wondering if they'll bring him back for more than a cameo, and explain how much he knows about these anomalies.

Looking forward to next week.

dinosaur dressing

And it is very low on the dressing. I just finished watching the one for this Monday (11/14) and it bordered on very dull. One scene with a giant komodo dragon and that was it. It may as well be set in Figi.

Prophets of Science Fiction is about Phil Dick tonight. Looks like they do Clark and Heinlein after the new year.
