Keef in a state of Kef, probably brought on by keef.

After the world banks fail, and civilization devolves back into chaos, amidst the widespread death and disease, with most of humanity dumbstruck and in shock, there will be "Keef" Richards, sucking on a cigarette and plunking away on his five-string telecaster, with that same guilty grin on his face.
Ps- I've smoked keef. It was Ok.

How does a judge give a restraining order allowing them to continue to occupy private property? Dem judges are hard at work here and in the Sandusky case. Time to throw them all out.
