"The following are major features for Fedora 16: enhanced cloud support including Aeolus Conductor, Condor Cloud, HekaFS, OpenStack and pacemaker-cloud; KDE Plasma workspaces 4.7; GNOME 3.2; a number of core system improvements including GRUB 2 and the removal of HAL; an updated libvirtd, trusted boot, guest inspection, virtual lock manager and a pvops based kernel for Xen all improve virtualization support."

My web server is running a few releases back. Would moving to Fedora 16 make any difference?

I switched linux flavors from Red Hat to another when Red Hat started charging for upgrade services annually. I couldn't afford that.

Have you tried CentOS? It’s essentially RHEL.

All versions of Red Hat’s “Fedora” are free to download and use.

I'm currently on F15. I think I'll skip 16 and reinstall when 17 comes out. I'm really want btrfs to be stable. :)

All versions of Red Hat’s “Fedora” are free to download and use.  http://fedoraproject.org/get-fedora

--and Red Hat ends up one of the S&P500 with over a $bil annual revenue.  Go figure.  The thing is they keep making me money--

 --and AFAIC they can pay people to use the software if they want...
