I will always be thankful for the thirty wonderful years and beautiful son (now a wonderful man) that my husband gave me before he passed away. I am also thankful for Almighty God, who has sustained me in the eight years since. And, I’m thankful for the wonderful friends I’ve found on FR, as well as the friends I made in Wasilla as soon as I moved here. God has been VERY good to me. Praise Him!
I’ve had some pretty bad things happen to me these past few weeks but they were necessary. God gave me several ‘silver linings’ at the same time. I am thankful for God’s undeserved grace and those in my life who love me. If it weren’t for them I might have made the ultimate selfish bad decision. The Veteran’s Administration also contributed in a big way for saving my life this week.
