CINCINNATI -- A Cincinnati jury has convicted a former professional wrestler of 14 felonious assault counts for having sex with multiple women without telling them he had tested positive for the virus that causes AIDS.
Jurors deliberated nine hours over two days before returning their verdict Wednesday against 29-year-old Andre Davis of Cincinnati, who used stage names that included Gangsta of Love, Sweet Sexy Sensation and Andre Heart.
Prosecutors said Davis violated state law by not telling or lying to a dozen sex partners about his HIV status. Defense attorneys challenged whether it was proven that Davis was HIV-positive and pointed at accusers for having unprotected sex with multiple partners.
World Wrestling Entertainment told Davis in 2009 that it wouldn’t hire him because he failed a physical by testing positive for HIV.
The guy needs to be institutionalized even if not in jail until he is reconnected to reality. Otherwise not only will he keep seeking unwary sex partners, he won't treat his condition either.
Christ in his life is probably his greatest need, but no one can make that connection for him.
His manhood should be removed. Due to the danger to a physician getting exposed to his blood, I propose that it should be frozen off with liquid nitrogen.
