#3 Arkansas at #1 LSU

It was a fumble return. But yeah, a loss by LSU would be an interesting plot twist
Go Hogs!!
Hey, hey, Ho, Ho
The BCS has got to go.
:-)
LSU is just pulling some pig tail, they will start frying bacon shortly.
Touchdown, LSU!
My wish is for an LSU loss! Go Hogs!
Well that was short lived :) Tie ball game.
Tied up
Go Hogs! BTW BCS is BS.
#1 LSU, #2 Alabama and #3 Arkansas are all in the Southeastern Conference. Not only that, but they are all in the SEC West -- which means only one of these three will be able to play in the SEC championship game.
In the SEC West, the BCS standings have 9-2 South Carolina (#13) ranked over 9-2 Georgia (#14) because SC beat Georgia earlier in the season. But Georgia is in first place in the SEC West because they are 6-1 in the conference while SC is 5-2, so Georgia will face one of the top three teams from the SEC East in the conference championship game. If Georgia wins the SEC championship game, then there's a good chance that the BCS title game would involve a matchup between two SEC teams -- neither of which was able to win its own conference championship!
As a side note . . . When you look at these rankings and these potential scenarios, is there any doubt in anyone's mind that the SEC is the most dominant conference in college football?
In the SEC East, the BCS standings have 9-2 South Carolina (#13) ranked over 9-2 Georgia . . .
LSU is awake!! 21-14 LSU
No doubt, the SEC is the most dominate. Lets hope Texas A&M and Missouri don’t bring it down. Just saying.
If LSU is sloppy, sure they can be beat. But if they play average, they will beat anybody around. Too much talent on that team.
Thanks for the post - it reminded me to DVR this sucker for later (studying right now.
:(
If you DVR a game, your team will lose.
I think its a law or something.
Arkansas started out strong, 14-0. Their 2nd score was due to a flip up by LSU, intercepted and run into the end zone.
LSU finally woke up and have put 21 unanswered points on the board.
[I was hoping this would be a runaway game by AR. After yesterday’s Dallas-Miami pro game, I don’t have any fingernails remaining.]
Female interviewer starts out talking about how fragile and dispondent the Arkansas team is [because of the untimely death of one player last Sunday].
Coach responds, rather gruffly, ‘we aren’t fragile...’ and shut her tea-and-sympathy down.
