Well then. Here's the deal. NAME THEM ALL, we will sort it out with DNA. Then with all their DNA, they can be matched up with other lil' ones, cause you just know they have fathered some of their own. It's a GOTCHA.
Name them one by one, take as long as you need, we'll wait. How's that.
Once this is implimented, the welfare queens will remember very quickly.
