Bullcrap. Since when is playing someone's audio clips and then asking about them "bloviating"? The Newt-Kerry "debate" was stunning: Kerry wanting to use the private sector (carbon tax) to "fix" global warming, and expressing shock as NEWT wants a big government approach. You can support Gingrich all you like, but you cannot deny the man has a neo-Progressive streak a mile wide.

We have been conditioned to accept “Hope and Change” as long as the man pushing the policies has a certain letter in front of his name. The field has been pared down, the choice is clear, Tweedle Dum or Tweedle Dumber. Newt would not cut govt, he would expand it in a more “Republican” manner.

Yes, you are right. Newt is an ultra-Progressive. Why he was even heard to say when he was in grammar school that he supported George McGovern.
