I agree. I think the Cowboys’ biggest problem is the coach doesnt trust his players. Romo can scramble, we have a really good rookie RT, and four pretty consistent receivers. I know what Sean Payton or Mike McCarthy would have done.
Jason Garrett is another example of why you don’t hire a guy without head coaching experience at this level....being a head coach and being a coordinator are two different things.
Look at Wade Phillips, great coordinator, he is a reason the Texans are going to the playoffs, but he’s a terrible head coach.
