The farmers and country folk in my area would shoot any little punk they would catch stealing in the countryside, at least the ones that got past the dogs. Basic redneck heaven, your own water source, your own septic system, a good dog and a clear line of fire.

I just don't see any solution. The state has been over-run with third worlders and the liberals who reside there don't live in a real world. Multi-culturalism and income redistribution give them their only sense of virtue, and no facts or logic can reason with them.
