Who even HAS a 10-ft fence around their property? Usually 6-ft is the legal limit for height — unless the property was a warehouse or junkyard...
I just returned from a family funeral in the Deetroit area. While visiting a childhood friend who still lives in the city I noticed that the liquor store across from his house has installed a 10 ft. high chain link fence topped with razor wire around the ROOF of the building.
Burglars typically enter buildings through the roof openings. Not this store. Unreal.
