Same here. Several of my friends have been tested for vitamin D deficiency and were given mega doses to bring their level to normal levels. I have a vitamin D test scheduled but don't think that is my problem. Cancer hospitals are giving vitamin D in their patient therapy. I believe it's a valuable treatment for heart disease and cancer.

Sure sounds like the same theories that were pushed before the Feds took Avastin off the market.

I have heard they also give a large dose of Vit D3 if someone admits to a hospital with a heart attack...

can you get D and D3 from drinking milk?

I used to drink a lot when i was younger and felt great

I stopped drinking milk for many years and did not feel as good, i thought it was just age

Then I started drinking it again and I feel good

almost a quart a day. I think I read somewhere that you know you are getting enough vitamin D if you start having more vivid dreams and remember them (which I have certainly noticed)

I almost replace meals with milk. and I gave up coffee and drink tea with honey too - started losing weight

Just this week I got a call from my doctor’s office telling me my Vitamin D was extremely low. I just started taking supplements last week but apparently, they want me to take a prescription strength Vitamin D.

If you are deficient in Vitamin D as soon as they give you the prescription surf it will be like someone flipped a switch in your body.The first one I took I went form feeling like I needed a nap to feeling like I could run around the block.My level was down into the single digits when normal is 50 or above.
