If this rule really was altered only last month, and if address-checking didn’t apply with previous instances of the law, then that seems like fair ground to argue the provision as bogus.

Register.vote ..Cast a blank ballot..Then demand the RNC pass a rule, all ballots cast are counted, that delegates for the candidae can only be seated if their condidate got 50% plus 1 of all ballots (including blank ballots) cast in that primary.
