Last night, Kelly Clarkson got an impromptu lesson on the impact of Twitter and the secret past of Ron Paul. The “Stronger” singer’s evening took a pretty intense left-hand turn when, only an hour after letting the world know that she was enjoying making cinnamon rolls with her niece, she decided to sound off on her love for Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul.

Her responses also show how much she is in the tank for “gay” and “LGBT rights”. She won’t get a penny from my family to promote that crap.
I saw some of it this morning. I don’t support Ron Paul nor do I care for the If You’re Not With Me, You’re A RINO Statist blather of Paul’s True Believers. That said, I couldn’t help but see that Clarkson was flamed by Twitter’s Obama Brownshirt/electronic mob for daring not to bow before their false god. Face it, she would have gotten the same treatment from these people had she supported Romney, Bachmann, or Gingrich. It wouldn’t matter. Her real crime was not supporting Obama.
Probably, but business wise it makes no sense for any entertainer to be supporting political candidates in our hyper-partisan times. Why alienate half your audience? Granted, older washed up stars can add a few years to their faded careers by coming out for something liberal - a cause or candidate. It gets them some charity crumbs thrown their way by the socialist Hollywood establishment. So that's one instance where it makes sense, I guess.
That’s not Kelly Clarkson, but that’s OK.
Actually, many of them are relatively small government conservatives. I came from Libertarianism, as a former liberal.

I certainly agree with you on Myth Romney.
I could gag and vote for Newt — he’s a beltway tool, but he has all the right enemies, and is, I believe, a fiscal conservative.
Certainly not my first choice, though, I agree.
IMHO if Paul goes Indy, he gets the Stoners, Anti-War-er's and now the Hollywierders too.
He hurts Obama more if he goes Indy IMHO....
