“he will pick a conservative for Veep, that you can be sure...”

...and many of those now howling against his candidacy will become his biggest cheerleaders. Sickening but expected and has a precedent. See the 2008 GOP race.

Because that’s what we have to do.

yes...absolutely and that is because there currently is a Marxist in the White House...so a moderate/lib Republican is like Reagan in comparison to zer0bambam....only I am not going to vote for him in the primaries.

You are right about that, I am still flabberghasted about McCain, I remember when he started rising. I absolutely couldn’t believe it.

I will work and strive against a Romney nomination. As stated on my profile page, a RINO nomination is a vote for snake oil salesman, liars, and cheats.

That said, it will be with strategic honesty that I will vote for him if he is the candidate. I will do this with the full realization that if we continue to get conservative representatives into the Senate/House, we will gain a check on out of control Presidential power.

No matter who wins in November they will have a tough time of things with rising taxes, the start of 0bamacare, and all the crazy new EPA, FDA, USDA, internet regulations to be set in motion. If 0bama wins, it will be his iron-fisted moment on the country.

If a Republican wins...even a slimy RINO...we will have an opportunity to soften, stop, or even repeal the worst of the legislation and with a conservative rise in representation we can stall some things.

If we thought we would right this ship in one or two election cycles we are either very stupid or very naive. The progressivism is deeply rooted into our society and we must work both politically and culturally to oust it.
