Here’s how it probably works:

Say you post on your Facebook page a statement that Mohamad’s mother was a prostitute. And also, just for the sake of argument, you stipulate that not only was she a world class whore, but in competition with all the “ladies of the night”, street walkers, etc., on the planet, regardless of ethnic origin, race, color, creed that this slut could win the world Olympics of Slutdom. In fact, if the competition were extended into other species, say pigs and dogs, Mohammad’s mamma would out-fornicate all the other pig and dog sluts/whores/putas/street walkers etc. etc. &c, and so and so forth... And ipso facto could suck start a Boeing 747 and a B52 simultaneously. Then prima fascia one would have to conclude that the Muslim Brotherhood was the offspring of that stinking slut of a mother of MoHamHead the child raper.
