While the focus has been on Obama, Cordray is an equal partner in the trashing of the Constitution. By accepting the appointment he has violated the Constitution and the laws of the country.
I think I woke up in an alternate reality today. Since when are recess appointments unconstitutional?
I wondered that too, but was informed that Congress didn’t recess. Thus the appointment would be unconstitutional since Obama bypassed normal procedures.
The Senate is not in recess.
Congress is not and was not in recess.

Obama would of course be the “unindicted co-conspirator”

I can see that Obama may have violated the constitution (assuming you can define recess) but I don’t see how Cordray violated the constitution by simply accepting the appointment.
Impeach ?????????? Not in this lifetime. The only ones in the House who have any balls are a couple of women, like Fox, Blackburn and Bachman. The (so called) men are wimps who are afraid to make waves.....starting with Boehner. He’s only interested in hitting the links (like his new-best-friend....Obama) and working on his tan, in his personal House Gym tanning bed. If he worked for the people as hard as he works on his tan, he would be a real man and leader. Instead, he just wants to be the House version of Senators McConnell and Orin HACK.

You have a great point!! Anyone who violates the Constitution should be held accountable. If someone tells you to violate the law and you do then you should be charged. That includes all government employees.

Let him testify before Congress that he doesn’t care what the Constitution says... Same for the 3 NLRB members.
My prediction is that Boehner & McConnell have already shot their wad and by tomorrow, there will not be nary a peep from either of them about this.
So far, 0dumb0 has illegally gone to war against Libya, he & Holder have engaged in Fast & Furious guns to Mexico and the murder of 2 border control agents, and now 0dumb0 has decided he has the right to name or appoint anyone whenever he wants to. In short, 0dumb0 is absolutely fearless when it comes to confronting Boehner, McConnell and the GOP. We are so screwed by the GOP. As much as I hate 0dumb0 & the fascist-socialist demoRATs, I would trade my eye teeth for the demoRAT leadership vs weenie Boehner & McConnell.
Bit tough that on old Boehner.
