Concentrate on what everyone acknowledges is a czar -- no Constitutional Senate confirmation required. Both parties do it but Obama has gone nuts, it appears -- or rather he has proved that he is nuts.
How many czars does Obama have now? What freedoms have we lost -- especially businessmen and women?
Start talking about how Obama is czar and fettering us.
It shouldn't.
Hasn't the Court already ruled many times on the "make their own rules" power of Article I?
Obama does not get to decide when Congress is in recess. I'm sure the Court has sided with this power many times already.
