The judge allowed evidence to be entered showing Obammie ain't natural born, and therefore disqualified for placement on the ballot, period.
What he does with that most obvious piece of information is anybody guess.
The main issue (IMHO) is the fact that the case is now a part of judicial history.
No saying Obammie was not exposed in a court of law.

I found admitting this document into the record interesting:

"RNC certificate of nomination entered into evidence. DNC language does NOT include language stating Obama is Qualified while the RNC document DOES.
This shows a direct difference trying to establish that the DNC MAY possibly have known that Obama was not qualified.
