I really think there should be a penalty for that! They are lying, signing their name to a lie and causing more work or possibly a line to voter fraud. I had a republican friend (at least she claimed) who voted for bammy because “it was time to elect a black man” who argued with me that filling out 25 or more voter registration cards was not illegal or wrong.
