For what it’s worth to you, I get calls and emails every day when I post a resume. But, they stop about 2 weeks afterwards. Then I make an update, and I start getting calls again.
Keywords make a difference. Putting your actual phone number in makes a difference.
You must have more experience than me, because I don’t get a lot of phone calls.
