Is it not true that Sandusky had permanent access to the Penn State football facilities as part of a negotiated retirement agreement? Again, Paterno was the football coach not Penn State’s labor lawyer. Paterno had nothing whatsoever to do with crafting the terms of that returement agreement.

Paterno had a legal, moral, and ethical responsibility to report ANY suspected abuse of a minor to law enforcement, not to his Board or whatever bunch of ass-kissers he reported to.

Law enforcement. Period. End of story.

He didn't do it. His inaction allowed God only knows how many more kids to be raped. Period. End of story.
