I am SO Tired of Hearing What's Wrong With Our Guys

I am so tired of hearing what's wrong with our guys. Romney's a RINO. Newt slept with Nancy, and a bunch of others I guess. Santorum has no support. Paul is wacko. Cain was too black, so he had to be destroyed I guess. Palin is a supposed idiot, or she doesn't want to run.

It's all so boring and depressing that I barely listen to Rush any more. I don't care whether he endorses someone, or not.

The country is still going to hell in a handbasket. The usurping communist is still in the White House. Reid is still the Senate Majority Leader. Pelosi even gets more attention from the MSM than Boehner does. Moochelle is still getting fancy chocolates overnighted to wherever she goes.

Please! Let's get back to stressing whatever is good about our people, or not saying anything at all about them. Bickering and negativism just serve to increase Obama's popularity. He DESERVES to be the target.

Well, first of all, you started your rant off with a falsehood.

Romney isn't one of "our guys".

Maybe, to be righteous, you should start out by criticizing Mitt and his supporters for lying about Newt on a continual basis.

Not there is a problem worthy of a rant!

I said I will vote for the most conservative option; that certainly won't be Romney-the-RINO OR The Messiah.

From the looks of things, Pal, I've been seeing it for seven more years than you have. While you're worried about getting everything you want I'm worried about getting some more Sotomayors and Kagans on the Court. I'm worried about someone who would veto anything a Republican Congress sent to him. I'm worried about more czars and recess appointments. I could go on.

Any time you choose to bring out the senority argument, you lose the argument.

It's petty and meaningless.

I refer my honorable friend to the reply I posted some moments ago.

You mean like these type of judges?

“Two that come to mind were extreme homosexualists Marianne C. Hinkle and Stephen Abany,” he said. “They both had a long history of pro-gay activism, yet Romney didn’t hesitate to put them on the bench.”

“These are people who outrageously believe the postmodern notion that newfangled ‘gay rights’ trump our constitutionally guaranteed First Amendment rights,” he said.

Here is some of the critiria Romney used to select judges while Governor of Massachusetts:

Baldwin agreed, citing Romney’s statements about the two requirements he actually used when selecting judges.

“Romney did focus on two criteria: their legal experience and whether they would be tough on crime. In other words, the nominee could be a gay activist or a pro-big government, pro-quota, pro-gun control Democrat Party hack who detests every judicial principle treasured by our founding fathers,” Baldwin said. “But if he happens to be tough on crime and have prosecutorial experience, he gets past the Romney filter. Many of Romney’s nominees fit that description.”

I don’t like Romney, but it’s hot about him, it’s about getting that communist usurprer and tyrant out of office.

I'm very sorry to say this, and it might even add to the melancholy state that some here find themselves.

With our current economic situation poised to go over a cliff. With our moral society spiraling out of control. With our entitlements putting us into financial no man's land. With unemployment forcing more people into the streets every day. With a president lighting the fires of class envy and warfare as a political strategy. And so on.

Getting Obama out of office by electing some rich guy who's buying the office of the president, is not nearly enough.

Just my opinion tonight. Perhaps it will be different tomorrow.

More of the critiria Romney used to select judges while Governor of Massachusetts:

Baldwin added that Romney did have some ideological criteria for many of his nominees:

“It was criteria commonly used by the left. For starters, his nominees were mostly pro-abortion. Indeed, while campaigning for governor in 2002, Romney told the National Abortion Rights Action League (NARAL) that his judicial nominees would more likely protect abortion rights than would those of a Democrat Governor, according to notes from a person attending this meeting.”

More of the critiria Romney used to select judges while Governor of Massachusetts:

Another Romney criteria, Baldwin explained, was “diversity.”

“The other criteria consistently emphasized by Gov. Romney in deciding judicial selections was ‘diversity.’ This is the silly notion that judgeships should reflect the population in terms of race and gender and even sexual orientation, regardless of a person’s judicial philosophy,” he said. “Clearly, the use of diversity quotas demonstrates Romney’s lack of a coherent conservative worldview.”

My dream ticket is Palin / Paul. That is not going to happen.

I hate Romney, but pathetically in the USA in 2012, he is more electable than the others.

I hate saying this, bt if we have to drag is wimpy butt over the finish line to. Get thugbama out of office, so be it.

Actually seniority has its merits, Pal. You were the one who suggested that I had no idea what FR is about. That's why I brought it up. I doubt that if you go through my considerable volume of replies to jerks like you, you will find even one more time where I mentioned my longevity here.

People like you who pick one thing to respond to and ignore everything else in the response put to them annoy me too. So seniority is petty and meaningless to you; and all that other stuff (the Court, the vetoes, the appointments) is even less important. Don't you have to run off to watch Celebrity Apprentice, or something like that now?

Romney and I have, I think, very different political visions for America. But at least I believe that in his heart he is an American. It's a big enough difference for me that if that's the only choice I have, then it's going to be the choice I make.

Then the GOP-E has done their job.

They've managed to paint a picture dire enough that allows a solid conservative to once again compromise his values because of the fear of a horrible Democrat, a boogeyman if you will.

They've also managed to white-wash a liberal politician to the extent that the liar is now "inevitable".

Sad state of affairs.

But believing that you will get any judges out of Romney, after I have posted the facts concerning the judges he has already nominated, is worse than naive.

You're whistling past the graveyard friend if you believe Romney will do nothing but knife conservatives in the back.

Why do you say he was forced on us by the RNC? Any republican was free to enter the race. A lot of good potential candidates chose not to. Some of those who did jump in were flawed and for various reasons ended up dropping out. Those who remain are there because the people voted for them.

No amount of complaining against potential voters will make Romney our next president. Gingrich or Obama. Take your pick.

I am certain that the the CEO of GM is tired of hearing about what a pos the volt is... but it is still a pos. newt and romney are what they are. I despise romney and I absolutely will never vote for him... not even at gunpoint. newt is extremely flawed... but I could vote for him... I would hate myself for it but I would. newt would be far better than obama and I want to see obama get his ass kicked in prime time. romney would actually be worse than obama in some ways... and if boehner and mcconnell both are majority leaders... mitt will be unrestrained.

Get this straight: Romney is a RINO and he is absolutely not my guy. I don't support people who grin when they talk about babies being killed in the womb.

Further, Paul is, in fact, wacko.

And Palin didn't want to run. People who want to run, actually, ya know, run.

Seriously, if you want to say "my guy", when referring to Romney, go right ahead. But there is no "we" here. Just you and Romney.

100% agree w/ you. I’ am so sick of it, I don’t even want to read the posts here. Everyday I count at least two or three suspicious newbie RATS gleefully posing here as staunch conservatives exploiting our red hot divisiveness and hatred for our own candidates, and sowing mischief and even MORE divisiveness amongst us. I started calling them out, but I finally gave up. What’s the use, we are our own worst enemy when I hear things like: I don’t care what happens, if I don’t get my favorite guy to go against the uber-alinsky marxist anti-American subversive community agitator Occupier, I won’t vote, or I’ll do a write-in......there!!!!! Can the numbskulley get any thicker?!! We are throwing everything we hold dear right off the cliff to prove something, I don’t know WHAT?!! It makes me sick to my stomach.

Don’t get me wrong, Romney is my least favored candidate, and yes, I do feel there was a conspiracy to get this suspect moderate RINO on the ballot. But nonetheless, this election like no other election in the past IS ABOUT OBAMA. He is enemy number ONE. He is the danger to this country like no other candidate before in the history of this country. shame on us for sabotaging our own chances to get rid of this treasonous enemy before he destroys this country by getting so entangled and fooled in our internal fights.
