Girl did good. Mom shouldn’t have left her unattended. Justice system should not have had the guy loose.

The title suggests that a girl stopped a guy from kidnapping a walmart.
The title suggests that the kidnapper had been previously accused, without saying what the accusation was.
Yep, it’s him. Too bad they let him out of jail.

Noticed he has the REQUIRED tatto’s. When / if he goes to court, his lawyer will insist that the video be modified so as not to show them (it’s discriminating, of course) and he will be wearing a jacket or long sleeved shirt.
Did anyone else note that the store surveillance pictures of the attempted kidnapped didn’t look much like the guy they arrested? Look at them closely.
Judging by the hairline it could be him. That is why they have police line-up so the girl can ID him.
He was charged with involuntary manslaughter.
I didn’t see the resemblance until I saw the mugshot of the perp with his glasses on. On the video, he has them off and it makes quite a difference.
There is also that pointy shock of hair over his forehead. You can see that in the store video and the arrest footage.
Why in the (deleted) would you let a 7 yr old out of your sight in a store that large.
