A shame. I liked Jaws.

Jaws was/is the BEST! He can break down plays, players and teams like nobody in the business. If they were going can somebody it should have been the gay guy, Gruden. He is only a micro-meter less awful than Chris Collingsworth — gag a maggot!

The best MNF trio, ever.
No one has come close ... nor will they.

“Call me crazy, but I’m really excited for Tyler Palko tonight,”

What the heck is he supposed to say? “hey everybody, don’t watch the game tonight cuz it’s gonna be a yawn fest”!

Jaws is the best analyst in football. Stupid.

These Monday Night shills make me long for the days of Gifford, Meredith, and Cosell. Not that Howard was ever any good. I often had to turn the sound off when he was speaking. But I used to love Dandy Don and his Howard smack downs. Frank Gifford was the perfect straight man. I often watched the games just to find out what Don and Howard were going to get into that night. Their antics were especially welcome when everyone knew the game was going to be boring.

I miss those days.

If a tree falls in the woods.....

MNF is absolutely terrible now. SNF is its replacement. ESPN has really fornicated the canine.

I seldom watch it. In fact, I don't watch NFL games any more unless the game involves the Texans. Of the three guys in ESPN's booth, I like Tirico OK because he is fairly low-key. Gruden is the worst IMO. He tries too hard the appear as if he knows everything and just talks too much.

I would have kept Jaws and dumped Gruden.

The only one I like, but he doesn’t do MNF, is Jack Buck’s kid. He has a professional sounding voice, and doesn’t yell into the microphone. Some of the color commentators jus bug the dickens out of me. They never stop talking! It’s like they have to comment on every little thing, even if a player sneezes. And some of them talk like every little thing is the most exciting thing they ever saw in their whole life!

When Dandy Don and Howard were practically fighting on the set was when the show was at it’s best. MNF in the 70’s and 80’s was special. I remember when people would pop in like John Lennon and Ronald Reagan. I remember when Cosel announced Lennon’s death on MNF. That’s back when it was special.

The best broadcast now is by far Sunday Night Football. I think that Al Michaels is the best play by play man in the business now. He was great on MNF and he’s great doing SNF.

Another questionable decision by the management at MNF. They’ve become quite adept at it.

The whole team sucks as far as I am concerned, and this especially includes the production team whispering in the on-air folks' ears.

I like Jaws, though he did a good job. Gruden...I know they gotta be positive and all, but you know that is the opposite of ‘Chucky’. Gruden’s ‘positive spin’ is like Romney’s conservatism - forced and fake...

Jaws is the absolute best at breaking down plays. He’s also a decent guy. That’s more than I can say for leftist moron Chris Collingsworth! Gruden is basically unwatchable and Tirico is like a wind-up toy.
