I’m torn.
It looks like a fun campy movie that isn’t the same old same old...but at the same time I wonder if I should just wait for the remake in 4D 5 years from now.

Haven’t we had enough movies about vampires, werewolves and zombies lately? I remember when this book came out a few years back. It was a huge seller and I just knew at some point they might make a movie out of it. Anything with vampires is movie worthy right now. Yeessshhh. Guess it’s just not my cup of tea.
Yeah but those whimpy meterosexual vampires and werewolves DON’T count, hee hee.

Then I predict he won’t do as well as bringing rifled muskets and artillery. Though I guess an axe is more appropriate for the Old Rail Splitter.

That would be as ho-hum as pitching a romantic comedy or movie set in the Old West. Dumbing down past literary and historical figures so they can fight the undead is a thing now, and will be until studios and publishers stumble upon the next Next Big Thing.
I’ll never understand why they show up to those red carpets caked in makeup when they must realize the high-def cameras will make them look insane. Though the bottom half of the picture is very interesting.
